Who makes My NoteVault?
My NoteVault is made by ZeengoCorp Innovations, based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. The app was called NoteVault until September 2026, when it was renamed My NoteVault — same app, same package, same team. Nothing about how it works changed, only the name on the store listing.

What is My NoteVault, and what is it not?
My NoteVault is an Android notepad app with a hidden, encrypted vault for private photos, videos and files. It is not a backup service and not a cloud locker: nothing you hide is copied anywhere else, and there is no iPhone version — My NoteVault is Android only.

How does My NoteVault make money?
My NoteVault is free to use, paid for by ads — banner and interstitial ads in the notepad, and an app-open ad when you start it — and by Premium at $1.49 a month, billed by the store. Inside the vault, the only ad is a rewarded one you choose to watch. We do not sell personal data for money.

What can ZeengoCorp see, and what can't it see?
ZeengoCorp never sees your notes or the files in your vault: they stay on your phone, encrypted with a key made from your password. The company does receive standard device data through the off-device services My NoteVault uses — for ads, analytics, crash reports, settings and billing — described in full on the security and privacy pages.

What can't My NoteVault do?
My NoteVault cannot reset a forgotten vault password: the key is made from it on your phone, and ZeengoCorp never has a copy. It also cannot recover your files after you uninstall the app, because vaults live in the app's private storage and are deleted with it. Keep your recovery code, and back up before you uninstall.
